Shipping & Returns

Shipments

All orders for 17.00 are processed on the same day and will be sent as soon as we receive your payment and if we have the ordered parts in stock. 
Our shipments will be sent by UPS and the track & trace number will be sent by mail. So you can always check your shipment through the UPS.com website.

We do not use postal mail shipments. These kind of shipments are not insured and we want to be sure that you receive your order undamaged and in time.


Shipping duration and cost

When you place an order on our site, you automatically will get the correct shipping cost.

The delivery period shall commence as soon as we offered the package to the appropriate shipping party.

Netherlands, Belgium: 24-48 hours
Europe: 1-3 workingdays
World: 1-5 workingdays

If you order before 17:00 on working days you will receive your order the next working day (The Netherlands and Belgium only).
Note that we don't ship to postal boxes.

Returns

When you order / repairs need to return, we ask first contact with DJRepair. This can be done by telephone but also by e-mail.

Once we agree together on the return of the order / repair you will receive instructions to put the return procedure in motion. Once this is done the return should be back within ten days at DJRepair, after which it will be processed within 48 hours on working days.


In the event that the defect we will observe the defective product / part replacement. If the product is however not available anymore, we will look for an alternative product or the amount will be credited to you.


Invents Time

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to return your ordered products to us. So if you have a product that you don't want anymore, you can request a return via our contact page, mail or telephone.


Returns Policy

- The returned products / repair should always be carefully and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

- Attached to the return you must always enclose a copy of the invoice and a covering letter to.

- When the return within 14 days after receipt of the return instructions DJRepair been received, there will not be credited.

- When your device needs a re-repair it also has to be at us within 14 days.

- Products must be sent back if possible in original packaging.

- Your return is not accepted in the case of (using) damage.

- We must first have received your return before we send an exchange item to you.


Return Shipments Costs

When DJRepair has made a mistake making a return will be needed, the return postage costs will be for DJRepair. In all other cases the return postage costs will be for consumers. When you pay tru paypal, you can ask them the return shipping cost back.

Crediting Period

If an amount is credited to the consumer, this will be executed within 30 days after date credit note DJRepair.


Warranty
We offer a warranty for 12 months for original new products and our repair service.
We can offer no warranty for used parts and appliances.
